The Penpal Program connects you with a child through letters, drawings, and small gifts. Here's what to expect:

• You'll be matched with a child based on shared interests and preferences
• Letters typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive by mail
• You can write as often as you like - we recommend at least once every 2 months
• Email is also available for faster communication
• All correspondence is monitored for child protection
